The framework provides added value throughout when compared with other public sector telecoms frameworks. For example,

  • HELP DESK: The framework has a dedicated Help Desk to capture queries and contract management issues. The Help Desk will allocate enquiries to an appropriately qualified support resource for a response within an agreed time frame. With direct access to dedicated expertise we are able to provide an enhanced standard of framework support.
  • HIGH QUALITY CHOICE OF PROVIDERS: The framework provides a rich and varied choice of framework providers, all of whom offer truly competitive services tailored to meet the requirements of all the public sector, but especially the Education and RSL segments.
  • WIDER SCOPE OF SERVICES: Not only is there an outstanding choice of quality framework providers, but Lot definitions and associated specifications are far broader within each Lot and across Lots. The twelve Lots cover virtually every aspect of telecoms requirements from Unified Coms through to revenue earning partnerships, including access to all the supporting professional services a user may need for successful delivery of a major telecoms infrastructure change.
  • Critically our providers recognise not all of the public sector require the levels of inbuilt security Government needs, with the inherent extra cost.
  • FLEXIBLE APPROACH TO FRAMEWORK USE: Both call-off and further competition approaches are available under this framework.
  • FURTHER COMPETITION SUPPORT SERVICES: In addition to the Help Desk, the framework provides Further Competition Support Services offering a wide degree and variety of support options. Our CIPS qualified staff can either:
  1. undertake a further competition on behalf of a framework user where they may have neither the skills or the resources to undertake the further competition themselves, or
  2. provide a further competition documentation review service to ensure documentation is fit for purpose prior to commencement of the further competition,
  3. provide technical support to help users formulate a specification to meet their needs and maximise the benefits of the services available through the Framework
